General Requirements
Time & Payment
- You should be available for at least 80% of our working hours: UTC/GMT +3, Mon-Fri, from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Adherence to the production plan and checkpoints, provided before the project begins, is crucial. This plan will be tailored to accommodate your working schedule.
- Our Time Tracker will monitor your work, taking periodic screenshots and measuring mouse and keyboard activity.
- We expect you to log a minimum of 30 productive hours each week, averaging 4-6 productive hours daily.
- Time spent correcting your own mistakes won't be compensated. However, any additional edits will be remunerated based on the number of productive hours recorded.
- You will be allocated a budget for your tasks, which will be discussed in detail before the project commencement.
- If you underestimate the work, you won't receive extra compensation. We urge you to meticulously assess every project. Any time-error on your part will be factored into future projects and the production plan will be adjusted.
- The project's progress will align with a preset calendar schedule.
- If you're in an hourly position, you are entirely accountable for managing taxes related to your earnings, based on your country of residence. Establishing a Sole Proprietorship would be advantageous.
